Lisa A. Colletto, CIC

Lisa began her career as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in a Property & Casualty agency.  She quickly earned a promotion to Commercial Lines Account Executive.  Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years in increasingly responsible positions.

As an Agency Manager, she assumed responsibility for customer service, accounting, risk analysis, claim management, in-house training and system administration. 

The last 6 years, Lisa's career has been spent as a consultant specializing in agency automation software, agency workflow and procedures, design of educational curriculum, data conversion, development of timelines, implementation and training.  In this capacity, Lisa has provided services for over 200 insurance agencies. 

   

In addition, Lisa has worked with several insurance industry vendors as a business analyst.  In 2005, Lisa became a certified E & O auditor providing risk management services to insurance agencies through out the United States .

In her career with Pinnacle, she has proven herself a true leader in developing internal training procedures, standards and train-the-trainer programs, resulting in effective and consistent training for Pinnacle client agencies and companies.

Lisa resides in Plymouth , MA .  She holds the CIC Designation and is currently working on her CPCU Designation.
